If you are suffering from this problem, use toothpaste that contains fluoride and also change your toothbrush after every three months.
  • Dry mouth can also accumulate dead skin cells which are then consumed by bacteria. To avoid this, drink a plenty of water daily because water washes food particles in your mouth.

If bad breath is not caused by a dental reason, your dentist may refer you to another doctor for further checkup.
  • Tonsils can be a cause of bad smell but you cannot brush them. What will you do then? All you can do is to wash them. Gargle of 30 seconds, on daily basis, will fight against bacteria and will prevent bad smell. After using mouthwash, don’t forget to clean your mouth with water.
