All of us crave for a flawless glowing skin. For this, we use different beauty products. But nature has gifted and blessed us with some foods which really help us in this regard. The foods which I am going to list below are not only good for health but also prove very beneficial to achieve flawless and glowing skin. So take these foods regularly to get perfect skin and unblemished skin.

Carrots

Carrots are really good for skin as they are rich in Vitamin A and Beta Cartene. Carrots will render you with a skin that is extra glowing and at the same time, carrots help prevent wrinkles and pimples. So say good bye to junk foods and take as many carrots as you can.

Blueberries

Blueberries are a great source of Vitamin A and C as well as they contains antioxidants. Blueberries work as a magic for glowing skin and are helpful to prevent skin cancer. They also prevent us from heart diseases so they are not only beneficial for skin but also for overall health.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain antioxidant named lycopene which helps preventing skin cancer. Besides eating tomatoes, you can also apply them on your face as a mask. If you have oily skin, mash some tomatoes and apply their paste on your face.

Yogurt

Yogurt contains proteins which are not only good to achieve flawless glowing skin but also very useful for healthy nails. You can use yogurt as a facial mask for your skin. Moreover, yogurt is also beneficial for treatment of brittle hair.

Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are a major source of Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Foods which are rich in these vitamins produce antioxidants which are good for skin.

Mushrooms

Mushrooms contain Vitamin D and at the same time, they have anti inflammatory properties. This property keeps the skin strong and youthful.

Apples

Apples have beneficial fibers and antioxidants. Antioxidants prevent cell destruction so are good for your skin. If you have acne problem, you should take at least 3 to 4 apples a day.

Grapes

Grapes have beauty-boosting properties as they contain polyphenols and antioxidants. They can struggle against aging effects due to effluence and sunbeams.
